WELCOME!

If you're a teen (or work with teens) looking for resources on mental health concerns, you've come to the right place! Even if you're here to just learn more about mental health, we're excited to have you take a look at our resources. If you have any suggestions or feedback, we have a feedback form linked on every subpage. Thank you!

When to Seek Professional Help

I have some concerns, how do I know if I should seek help?

We have an Assessment Center! Here you will find sets of assessments that may help you determine if you (or a friend) might need more help for a specific disorder.

That being said, therapy is not just for people who are really sick. If you are willing and able to, don't be afraid to ask for help anyway.
