Assessments & Resources
For College Students
In Spring 2022, the American College Health Association* surveyed college students, more than half reported being lonely, 3 out of every 10 undergraduates were positive for suicidal ideations, and nearly 3% attempted suicide. Our hope is that these resources will help to inform and break the stigma surrounding mental health and will further encourage college students to reach out and ask for help when struggling.

Extensive Battery
The survey above contains assessments used by mental health professionals to measure ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and substance use. These assessments are questionnaires designed to be taken by college students about themselves.
Click here for information about the assessments located on this page.
The free assessments below ask questions about anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder (see below for information on which specific disorders each battery assesses). Upon the completion of the questionnaire, you will get your results and additional resources. You will also get the option to download a PDF of your results, which may help advocate for yourself, inform your clinician, or just for your documentation.
